Jack's Second Experiment

Hello Mrs Stedman,

Here is a PowerPoint slide show of my second science experiment. I made hokey pokey. This shows a chemical reaction - when backing soda heats up it releases carbon dioxide. Hope you enjoy the slide show.

Amber's Challenge

Just a quick note about Amber's progress with her personal challenge of gardening this term.

We have been learning together to be honest. She has planted tubs of swan plants which have just started sprouting now. She has been monitoring the water levels for the roses I am trying to propagate, learning which plants are weeds and which are not and is getting better at dealing with the insects we come across.

Here a couple of photos with our little green house we set up.
